How i can obtain MiPoints?
You will obtain MiPoints simply by shopping on the websites
Note that you will receive them once we ship the order
How i can use my Discounts?
You can redeem your MiPoints by clicking on the MiPoints icons(bottom-right corner) and select "Ways to redeem" and then choose the amount of discount you want to have.
We suggest you to redeem your MiPoints all at once since the number of coupon code for each order is limited to 1.
Note that redeem function is not available with a balance of less then 100 MiPoints

How do I get update/edit my order?

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Please note that stocked items generally ship within 2 working days. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped.
