RETURN POLICY

When exchanging or returning of an item, it must be accompanied by receipt. Defective merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping fees will apply. Mistudio reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Shipping

Free Shipping on your first order(except remote zone and up to 20€)

Most standard orders are shipped within 2 days.

Freight Collect or your own shipping carrier are welcomed otherwise ship by weight is available in Italy.

For the Europe if you dont have your own shipping carrier we can manually check the best shipping cost for you after you complete the order and we will contact you via email and phone number for the shipping payment.

Our standard shipping method is ground and for difficult shipping zone (island, remote zone, etc) we will request additional shipping fee.
Some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe due to holidays and/or shipping carriers.
